O co w życiu chodzi?

Kto powiedział, że nasze życie musi być nadzwyczajne? Może właśnie o tą nienadzwyczajność w życiu chodzi? Może właśnie prostota i przeciętność jest kluczem do szczęścia? Może powodem dla którego tak wiele osób jest nieszczęśliwych, depresyjnych, zrezygnowanych, pogubionych czy zlęknionych jest fakt, że żyjemy za bardzo na pokaz, dla innych, porównując się z ludźmi, którzy nas nawet nie obchodzą, ignorując tych, którzy są w zasięgu ręki i którymi przejmować się warto, bo oni przejmują się nami?

Może chodzi o wzięcie odpowiedzialności za siebie i swoje życie, przestać bezradnie rozkładać ręce i przyjmować postawę ofiary losu. Łatwiej jest rozczulać się nad sobą, obwiniać innych i okoliczności, niż przyjrzeć się sobie, swoim codziennym wyborom i nawykom.

Może chodzi o pokochanie zwyczajności i czerpanie radości z przyziemnych spraw takich jak poranna kawa, kiełkujące nasionka pomidorów zasadzone miesiąc temu, mruczenie kota o 4 nad ranem, przygotowywanie obiadu z warzyw uprawionych we własnym ogródku, balkonie czy po prostu doniczce, zadzwonienie do mamy i wysłuchanie jak minął jej dzień i jak przed pójściem spać rozwiązuje krzyżówki, wiadomość od taty z kiczowatym filmikiem, który ktoś mu wysłał na WhatsAppie, a który mówi “I love you’, pójście pobiegać wieczorem, słuchając ulubionej muzyki czy podcastu.

I went jogging this morning (3rd day in a row! 😲🙃). It always helps me to clear my head. I brainstorm on my ideas, my thoughts, lessons I've learned. .

One of the outcome was that I am taking life too seriously. Godddamit how I overthink everything and how I am trying to be perfect in every situation. I even wanted to grief and maintain my pain in a perfect manner! Wtf?

The other thing was: enough is enough. It's so easy to get stuck in a victim mindset that stops me from taking any action. There are always reasonable excuses why I shouldn't do this or that. They are all actual bs! It's my ego that just LOVES keeping me stuck and tells me all these false and untrue stories from my past. ❤️🌲
.
The thing is: the past doesn't exist anymore! People who hurt or upset us IN THE PAST exist only in our heads and ONLY when we think about them and how they caused us pain. This I realised when doing yoga. It was like "damn!" moment.
I only care about what other people did or said because I give those thoughts meaning!!! And who is this voice in my head that ruminates past events???

I always thought, comfort is what I want. But turn

I always thought, comfort is what I want. But turned out, being comfortable doesn't fulfill me and make me feel stuck and kinda depressed. 😩

However, it's not easy to push yourself out of this comfort. I sleep too much, I don't take care of my body enough and I eat food that is not necessarily nutritional. 🤦

The worst kind of comfort though is when I am attached to my past and am staying in a victim mode. I keep ruminating. It's almost like being addicted to the pain and to my old story. Because it's easier to maintain what feels familiar than taking action and make changes. It's easier to contemplate the past than focus on the future which feels to be unreachable.🤷

I know I don't want to go back to my old life but at the same time I am standing in my way to a new, better life. 💁

I am my biggest enemy. I know that. I need to have a serious conversation with myself and make a commitment to creating a lifestyle I've always been dreaming about.🙋

Jealousy is not a sign of love.

Because jealousy comes from a place of low self-esteem and high insecurity. Not believing and not trusting your partner signifies that love happens from a place of fear. It means it's clingy and controlling. It also represents a lack of self-love.

Also, and this is mind blowing:

The person who is jealous about you doesn't actually SEE you.
Why?
Because they are too focused on watching out who is looking AT you or who YOU are looking at and so they just don't see you AT ALL. .

They don't see how great you are, how much you love them and how dedicated to this relationship you are. They only focus on 'threats'. You can be the most wonderful person in the world and doing your best to make them happy and yet, they will not see it. Because they don't pay attention to you! They are too obsessed about what you MIGHT be looking at or who might be looking AT you, while they don't even notice YOU! .

If you found yourself in a relationship with a partner who is extremely jealous remember: this is not love. If they don't take any real actions to fix their problem, there's nothing you can do yourself. Things will only get worse.🤷.
